  4. To start Mathtest, type MATHTEST.
  5.  
  6. To print the 9-page documentation file, turn on your printer (if you are using
  7. a dot-matrix printer, line up the paper so that printing will begin a couple of
  8. lines below a paper perforation fold).  Then type:
  9.      COPY MATHTEST.DOC PRN
  10.  
  11. The documentation file contains information on program features and functions,
  12. command-line options, questions and answers, and registration information.
  13.  
  14. To view it on-screen, load the file MATHTEST.DOC into a text editor, or type:
  15.      TYPE MATHTEST.DOC | MORE
  16.  
  17. To print the registration form, type:
  18.      COPY MATHTEST.FRM PRN
  19.
